D-2 – A high-carbon, high-chrome tool steel with excellent wear resistance. Suitable for general-purpose molding applications with up to 10% glass fillers.
Abrasive and Corrosive Plastics
CPM-9V/HT – A tool steel containing 9% vanadium carbide, offering exceptional wear resistance. Best suited for high-wear, non-corrosive applications.
S90V – A tool steel with 9% vanadium carbide and 14% chromium, providing superior wear and corrosion resistance. Ideal for high-wear, high-corrosive environments.
